Responsibilities

a) the Directorate of Administrative Services, as detailed in Article 9 of the Staff Regulations, as well as in the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force at the time, with the exception of the power to issue decisions on the appointment, recruitment, placement, transfer and delegation of duties of a deputy head

b) the Directorate of the Citizen Service Centre (CSC), as detailed in Article 10 of the Staff Regulations and in the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force from time to time

c) the Financial Services Department, as detailed in Article 12 of the General Staff Regulations and in the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force from time to time

Sets the term of office of the Deputy Mayor until 9-1-2026

The above Deputy Mayor will receive compensation.

During his term of office, the above-mentioned Deputy Mayor may not be elected or be a member of the Presidency of the Municipal Council.

The recall of a Deputy Mayor is possible at any time, with a specially reasoned decision of the Mayor, for reasons related to the exercise of his duties.

The Deputy Mayor shall sign documents and acts related to the exercise of the powers delegated to him/her by this Decision, as well as the commitment decisions and the documented request of the authorising officer concerning the authorisation of expenditure and the allocation of all appropriations entered in the budget, except for procurement, contracting and contracts.
