assuming the responsibility of local government to provide a qualitatively improved social protection state at local level, to address poverty in as many different sectors of social life of citizens aim of the Social Solidarity Benefits Network<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">of our Municipality &#8220;All Together&#8221; is to ensure that there is not a single citizen who experiences material or social disadvantage. according to Article 1 of the present document are Greek citizens and foreigners who reside legally and permanently in the Municipality of Corinth.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  Condition for the inclusion of beneficiaries  <\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">They are the economically disadvantaged, in the sense of material deprivation, according to objective criteria, as combined from the level of income in relation to the composition of the family, the health status of the family members and the general property and economic situation of these, according to the income and social, actual, data and<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">criteria as set out in more detail below. <\/span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  Income Criteria &amp; Required Documents<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The total annual <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">real<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> family income may not exceed:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"8\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335551500\":0,\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The amount of seven thousand (\u20ac7,000) euros for each single person family.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"8\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335551500\":0,\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The amount of the previous case will be increased by one thousand (\u20ac1,000) euros for each additional family member.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"8\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335551500\":0,\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In case of disability of a family member or family members with a disability rate of 67% or more, the amount of the annual family income defined above <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">shall be increased by one thousand (\u20ac1,000) euros separately for each disabled member.<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"8\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335551500\":0,\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It is noted that,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> for the cases referred to in Article 8<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">of this Regulation (student package) after taking into account the additional costs for student needs according to the reasonable cost of living of the ELSTAT, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">as a basis<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  for the calculation of the annual real family income, the amount of 15.000\u20ac is taken for families with two (2) adults and one (1) dependent child or one (1) adult and one (1) dependent child. The amount of the previous case will be increased by one thousand (\u20ac1,000) euros for each additional family member.  <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> <\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/li><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"8\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335551500\":0,\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For proof of income<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> the applicant must submit with the <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For proof of disability<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"11\" certification of 67% or more in force.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It is noted that,<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> they are not counted towards the income threshold for membership:<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u03b1) <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">other financial aids of a social nature or other benefits in kind from other social institutions or the Central Administration or the second-tier local authorities. <\/span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u03b2)<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Loan instalment for the purchase of a 1st house up to the amount of 3.600\u20ac per year with the presentation of a loan payment certificate.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u03b3)<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Rent for the 1st residence up to the amount of 3.600\u20ac per year according to the income tax return.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u0397 <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the total taxable value of the family&#8217;s immovable property<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, shall not exceed the amount of one hundred and twenty thousand (120,000\u20ac) euros for each single parent with one (1) child, increased for each additional family member by fifteen thousand (15,000\u20ac) euros, up to a total of 180,000 euros.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the total amount of interest on deposits of family members<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, in Greece or abroad, as declared in the last cleared E1 declaration, cannot exceed annually the amount of forty (10\u20ac) euros for a single person family, which will be increased by five (5) euros for each of the above categories.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":2,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559739\":200,\"335559740\":261}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Applications from families whose members, on The Social Soup Kitchen may be provided either by municipal kitchens or in partnership with the kitchens of other social or private bodies preparing ready meals following donations or public contracts for the provision of meals. <\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">After acceptance of the initial donation by the City Commission, any additional donor quantities for the same donation will be accepted upon recommendation of the department and a decision of acceptance by the Management Committee. The Municipality of Korinthia may, on the day of a major religious holiday, provide the beneficiaries of the Social Supplement with a &#8220;Lunch of Love&#8221; aimed at strengthening the spirit of solidarity and social cohesion. All items must be in a condition that is respectful to our fellow human beings, otherwise they may not be accepted.  The beneficiaries of the Social Pantry will be able to receive the aforementioned items outside the monthly regular distribution of food from the Social Grocery by arrangement with the service. In order to receive bookshop articles, pupils or students must present a certificate from the educational establishment stating that they have been continuously attending classes and have been promoted to the next class or semester. As an exception, the Social Clinic &#8211; Pharmacy may, if the availability of doctors or medicines makes it feasible, also serve the members of the Municipality of Korinthia who are not included in the registers of the Social Solidarity Benefits Network of the Municipality of Korinthia \u00a8All Together\u00a8. The quantities of medicines provided to the beneficiaries will be in proportion to the needs of the beneficiary depending on the availability of the structure. A prior examination by a doctor and the presentation of a medical prescription is a prerequisite for the supply of medicines, even if it is a chronic disease.
